Ok. So you can farm ice mats to make 90 ice heroes. The best thing would be keep doing that until you get a strong team of 4x Level 90 ice and heks can stay at 70 for now as healer.
From your roster i would choose hero, auster, voresh 90. They can kill the fire boss to make heks and horus 90.

This team has 0 synergy. You need to have 3 heroes of the same element group to activate affinity bonus. Click on any hero then on the left of their name, click on the element to see what are those elemental bonuses. For example fire/poison. So if you switch out ripekas to heks you will activate the 3-affinity bonus with fire-fire-poison.

Tier lists are extremely subjective and I already see like 4 issues looking through a couple of these that Im like LOL NO YOURE WRONG AND I PROVE IT DAILY.

This game has a lot to do with synergy, not raw individual power. Thats why its hard to make tier lists. You're better off with 3 DPS synergy tier lists, which nobody does.

Get your best 3 DPS that syngerizes with at least 3 affinity, 5 preferred, a tank that doesn't die, and a healer that can keep you up. You'll make it through everything just fine as you have the right teams for the right content.

Past that, PVP definitely has a better than others sort of tier thing, but again - still comes down to synergy. Im running PVP with 1 leggo, 1 rare, 3 epics and it outdoes any of the leggo teams Ive tried to make including copying others, and beats a ton of Leggo teams.

Lit/Rad

Schaltar, Shagrol, and TEST before leveling, if Thurnus stacks with Shaltar and you have a dauntless team. TBH I need to take some time and test if Thurnus stacks with Schaltar.

Testing now: Thurnus and Schaltar seem to stack. So it makes Shargol a machine. Should be interesting if this will produce amazing numbers in vortex.

Bion is a PASSING tank but not a good tank, FYI. If you have Quarion or Catherine you could run those two to make a 5 affinity team.

TBH Id want Frurbath and Heks for this team, as they should be able to keep all the melees alive.

Ice/Necro

Ice: Usha, Auster, Voresh. Youre gonna need Voresh for making several bosses easy. Wilt is obsolete for you. Ice MC is also a swap in here where needed. Auster will always be your top DPS.

Just run ergander with heks for tank/heal unless you want Horrus

Fire/Poison

Fire: Rhash, Nedda, Follie - its a single target build but will burn down Ice boss. You could try Caraman instead of Follie but he'll likely end up missing heals which is bad for a lot of bosses. You could replace Follie with Fire MC for now too. You will unlock Errich eventually and he will slot in.

Just run ergander with heks for tank/heal unless you want Horrus

Hvitar is your owner now, imho best leggo in the game. Amazing in PVP, and pretty good for a lot of PVE. You're the 4th person Im jealous of having really good ice Legendaries.

Fru and Heks for tank/healer combo for multiple things.

Hvitar, Dork, Hochadir (Treat Hochdir like a tank for a bit). You'll run voresh or Ice MC for specific bosses (or both), but Hvitar, Dork, and Hochadir are gonna do a bulk of your DPS for you. Usha will also be a good character to have as well.

There will be some content you can just run Voresh, Ice MC, Hvitar, Dork, and Hochadir and be fine.

You may or may not ever run Lucien or Ripekas in PVE, but they could both work well in PVP.

I dont see the rest of your roster though. Dench, Corrin, and Eli if you have them all can be a poison team. Sigrid could replace Eli.

I don't see much else in terms of synergy yet. You could just run Dane, Fire MC, and Eli for damage to clear Frost Dungeon, but they wont be as amazing.

If you had Lorentheel Id be telling you to run Philto. You COULD try Philto with Alvis and Martina or Hegio but I was really underwhelmed with any of those combos last season.

So bad news is, you have anchors with not enough supportive characters for the anchors, or the supportive characters without the anchors.

Fire/Poison

Rhash, Follie, Fire MC. You will eventually unlock Errich to replace Follie and if you can unlock Nedda Id slot her in over Follie.

Dane is good later and useful in a lot of fights but Id hold off on him for now. If you really dont wanna level Follie do Dane Rhash Fire MC for a bit until more unlocks come. you will find a use for Dane eventually.

Use Heks/Horrus combo in this for 5 affinity

Ice/Necro:

Hvitar, Usha, and Vidi who swaps with Ice MC when you need him until you get a better Frost character to go with.

Use horrus/Gillian combo here

Lit/Rad:

Lorentheel, Martina, Gitouna, Gillian, and whatever else melee you feel like until you get a half decent tank thats lit or rad unlocked, or Hegio or Tathlyn. If you wanna run nessa go for it, as Nessa is a good healing prohibition character for some content.

Overall:
Ice is likely going to be your best general team. You have MOST of the combos you'd want, you just need more unlocks.

Yea. So basically Ice is your strongest team. MC has a place in a lot of content so keep him leveled. Id honestly roll some more dice and see if you can get Nedda unlocked, I like her better than Follie because of the captain buff (Shes Blue/Rare). But like I said you could do Dane, Fire MC, and Rhash for now till more unlocks.

Follie will work fine though if you like her. Like theres a lot of subjective looks at your possibilities for the fire team.

I also pulled Trolgar and I have no idea how to fit him in. He tends to be all over the place so Id worry about heal sustain. Looking at his stats I have a hard time beleiving he'd outdamage Usha and Im not sure I wanna dump more energy at leveling a character I wont use to test lol.

So if you look at my sheet, look at the top two. See how Vidi increased their DPS and overall DPS went up? The captain buff may be a want for you.

But yea generalized its prolly gonna be Hvitar, Auster, and Voresh forever for you.

Goes with the shape of Heks and Ice MC's ultis. Normally you keep the 2nd healer lowest hp with high defense to keep the orb focused on them and not your DPS, but tbh, most of the time it doesnt matter.

Two dupes on the horse dude should give you the ability to get some Legendary artifacts so thats not a bad thing.

Ergander (Great GREAT tank), Eurion (also a great tank, esp in pvp), Frur (Great Great tank) - Basically you have almost all the core tanks.

If you can still reset character, go ahead and reset Fihrah and forget he exists.

Loss, usha if you have her unlocked, and Ice MC (Youll get another Frost that is good eventually)

I wouldnt run poison since you have such a good fire team

You have part of the Dauntless core with Shargol too. But really you have two solid teams you can work with.

High Defense first, High Health second on Tank and Heks. Heks does not benefit from other stats because its % heal. Mainly you want to shoot for high defense on the tank for ALL content. I usually do Def % or straight defense stat on Arms and Chest for main stat for tanks.

Everyone else its as much attack, skill haste, and then crit you can muster.

Every character should have at least some health stats in their gear, like health % usually gives more health than straight health stats at level 90.

Second healer is quarion.

So last season, I dunno if the devs fixed this, if you roll orange in different categories it resets your pity counter in the previous one. So a lot of us from S0 have a lot of damage with the devs, so its why Im only rolling in the 80 category.

And the event rolls were different S0 and usually screwed you over.

Which is why I say dont really ask me on that one. I have baggage from S0 Im still carrying and dont trust the event banners.

So like its good for Vortex and SOME bosses. But vortex we got some good numbers with Shargol, Sutha, Schaltar last season. Theres a chance we could do better since Thurnus stacks and theres more dauntless options this season. Even Yagnatz was used if you didn't have sutha.

Basically you need to figure out what works for you - have Sutha tank and run 4 dauntless or 3 dauntless and another support, or run tank, healer, 3 dauntless.

at level 100, you are looking for around 3.5-4.5k attack, 90-95% crit rate, 250+ crit damage. if thats the data you're looking for. he deals 500-600k on her ultimate on lvl9 pheonix(with hochadirs buff)
arcane music box is the best artifact for her because her shield is 100% uptime. that means with this artifact her damage is increased by 20%. and she needs the crit rate for too.

what level of vortex do you want to do? you would usually rank higher with more dps + 1 that could sustain your team with heals, and frurbath do both the tanking and healing.
of course your team will be different in later stages as the affinity is different from both seasons.
if its only lvl 1 or 2 vortex you want to do, you should be able to hit a decent rank(depending on your server).
i've only suggest a frost team because it seems most of your frost characters are leveled. and frurbath is leveled too.

I believe the most important team is goblin team. It's kind of sad that full 90s are going in there getting extra XP when those short on levels are the ones who really need it more.

The rich get richer in this case. And I'm speaking this with the full 90 team. I wish y'all had a boost. If I started over I would work on goblin team with top priority from day 1.

Here are some of the options based on what worked for me, passing forward what was told to me.

Focus on something else for a day and try again.

2 tanks 2 healers 1 AOE dps, or a DPS that will hit the backlines first. You want taunt on at least one of the tanks. Frur helps keep the tanks alive.

Ressurecting healers/characters also help.

And SPREAD people out. You're fighting against characters that excel at aoe.

Also to add: A healer or someone who puts out defense buff on everyone helps too. Main thing is keeping people healthy through the damage being put out, and having the ability to debuff block helps too due to several other effects.

Focus on being defensive, basically. You have 10 minutes, who cares if it takes that long.

So Fey 20 boss and everything after that, you have to play against the field unless you have some godly group of legendaries. You're gonna run different positioning to work against who is there, or focus down problems first (Hvitar), and you're gonna want to likely manually use your ultis on some fights.

Basically Fey starts to become a test of how committed are you to working against mechanics and farming decent gear when you need it to do so. Level 100 and t4 gear will help accelerate you, but as you get towards Fey level 100+ in few it becomes more about mechanics fights even with that.

Good legendaries make it all easier, of course.

The fact they swapped Resistance gear over to the crappy accuracy gear from rot instead of defensive from curse is gonna make Fey a lot harder for FTP people and FTP equivalent people with crappy luck.

and, he won't be able to sustain your party on end-game content(high level gear dungeons/domains). for story, he should work fine. i think thats the current weakness of ice/necro team right now, lack of instantaneous healers. torrin is your biggest healer for the ice/necro teams. ghul'ende only heals for 10% max hp, but he offers damage and utility too.

he have an ulti with Healing Prohibition. altho I would advice to use Sigrid if you have her. also you might need some accuracy on those that apply debuffs. Eches have healing prohibition too, but not sure how that will work on you since it is on her battle skill.
or you can entirely reduce the amount of health the boss regenerates back, by having a 'shield' on your tank before it gets devoured. applying attack penalty works too to reduce the amount of healing.

Fire and lightning domains are to hard. every line up and method suggested to must come from people who have a lot more juice... Scrolls, levels, summons, gear, etc..

Level70s are difficult to use in 4.
Same element with difference of 60% damage is very hard to use.

Haste does not apply in many cases.

I can auto venom 6, I'm on difficulty 5 for goblins.. but I can't even do difficulty 4 in fire or lightning

I think I have one cleanser which is Enna but at level 70, and it feels pretty bad to think I need to burn 100 stamina on difficulty 3 to level her

same I would love to use him but unfortunately i've wasted so much of my energy/bread on grave of venom 6 trying to get good dps gear and now regretting not having enough exp pots from goblin lair runs

grave of venom and Heretical ruins for gear and positive runes. It was very much not worth it trying to get those gear

Well, I think I will go spam frost dungeon a bit. We are able to make level 100s I heard tomorrow on my server. If I bring in a frost team with Ursa at 100 I think I'll have better luck where I'm stuck. Of course will need the resistance, debuffs, and heals but on the dps side I am lacking also. Zhar has a skill that reduces attack speed, which is 💯 needed for the venom dungeon if you don’t have any other speed penalty champions

Idk if it’s the venom dungeon for sure, but one of the dungeons where you farm for gear has a boss that puts a shield up. So reducing his ult timer allows you to get more damage in from the 30% speed reduction
