I have a question. I played the game basically since it was released as an open beta, but for some reason I stopped playing. Now that I'm trying to play again, I can't find the characters I used initially. Did they reset the entire game? I've tried logging in with all possible accounts—Google, Facebook, and Apple Games—and I can't find my characters on any of them. Could someone help me?

When you want to play your old account: Create a new character with the same login method, play a bit until "Events" tab is unlocked, go to "legacyy inheritance" and inherit character

This can be done once per character and enables you to play your old characters

You can always get your account by using your previous method

FIrst legendary is not guaranteed to be R-rated, but if you are lucky enough to pull a R-rated legendary, it will be from that corresponding season.

You can’t sell heroes. You actually need a hero and then draw him again to get his inspiration

Keep in mind that you can use the summon and reset later to retrieve the soul in order to obtain a mythic artifact, but you can't return an artifact to recover the soul you used.
My advice would be to pull on a selected banner and then see if you get other duplicate characters less important than Torrin.

The game installs and launches. Both via Steam and via the Launcher. But it’s impossible to complete the authorization. When you click Google, for example, a link opens in an external browser where the authorization takes place. But nothing is returned to the game client. And without authorization you can’t continue playing.

I can tell you there is no way to get it working on Linux. I've spent countless hours trying to get it to work, writing custom scripts and launchers and helpers. The only way you're going to get it to work on Linux is by running windows in a virtual machine. There's currently no way to get it working on Steam Deck/Proton

well, for the pc client, it's an issue with xdg-open and MSDKWebLauncher and the handoff between a linux browser and a windows game client. The simplest way to fix it would be to use an in-game browser, or do like other games, such as WoR does, by logging in via a code sent to email. I doubt it's worth the resources it would take to implement something like that though. (And for anyone thinking they can install a windows browser via wine, attach it to the proton/client process and get it working, let me save you the trouble and tell you it doesn't 😄 )

@desert talon depending on your specific setup and hardware, you might give waydroid a go, but be warned, if you have an AMD GPU... good luck.

It depends. Gillian might heal less (though not much) but she also decrease incoming damage significantly with defense up buff.
If you need 1 support who can tank and heal then Garius is your man. If your team takes high damage regularly then Gillian can work better.

Garius can’t dispell debuffs from the team too, so it can be a deal breaker.

Gillian and Torrin are built with as much enlightenment as you can find. Torrin benefit from hp/def as it will be shared with who ever stands in front of him

place Torrin behind your tank in the same line but don't place other heroes inbetween (read his passive!)
Also when yoz check the box for "Details" you can see skills and whith what they scale

I don't have any feedback on Paixton yet, but it seems the burn team is effective against the end-of-season bosses. Regarding Fredegonda, some use him in a vortex build, others don't; it all depends on how you manage to use him.

I'd go for completion, if you don't have both, I'd go Paixton if you already have Zhorak

but that's mainly personal preference

You can carry 10x10 pulls into the prohecy code

The order is depending on the order of you drawing them

f.e. you lock in your draw nr: 2, 6, 7, 4, 9, ...
The order of the pulls in the code will be; 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, ...

So if you don't get legendaries in the first lockable pulls many tell you not to pull at all at that banner

You can roll maximum of 23 tmes (depdens how much points you collect from sharing/following ect.) in groups of 10. Then you can select 10 groups out of those 10-23 with heros you like the most (legendaries probably). Once you enter your prophecy code into the game the next 100 heliolite dice summons will be all those summons from your phrophecy codes.

Hey yall, I am almost able to complete the first selectable summon of S3! Not sure who I should pick though! I already have Lelwanis and Nastjenka from S1. I have all the main characters for both a Shadow team except Ozul and a Lightning Chain team except for Perkunte so I’m leaning towards those two. Also seems like Guinavivire is a great choice. I’d really appreciate any advice! ☺️

Bernade would improve your Lelwanis team significantly for Planar Expedition and continental challenges. Guinivere is a fantastic dauntless dd, both for Vortex and arena.
Shadow works well without Ozul, and thunderbolt isn‘t convincing at all.
I‘d go for Guin or Bernade 🙂

I feel like many heroes need pretty specific pieces/set.

• For positioning, simply observe your enemies' attacks and the areas they cover. Position yourself so that they only hit a maximum of two heroes, and this will increase your chances of winning. Regarding equipment, start with the basics, meaning the legendary 3-piece sets. Figure out which item is best suited to which team to maximize damage.

• Learning how to equip your heroes takes time. Generally, the basic approach is like this:
  Tank: HP/Defense
  Support: Enlightenment or Accuracy (if you include Wreck-Rate)/HP/Defense/Skill Haste (sometimes they need Attack to be better) (than Felicity, for example)
  Enabler: Accuracy/Skill Haste/Defense/HP/Attack ( buffer or WR )
  DPS: Attack Crit Rate/Crit Damage for most of them

Some heroes have the ability to change their appearance and some characteristics. But the icons and animation of the ultimate skill have not changed. There is also no longer a need for a world map. Jumping between quest points. Liven up the map with quests, adventures, make the map interesting for players. Make portals have to be launched again.

I‘d say yes as you loose the progress if you abandon it. Having 6 talent slots is the upgrade here.
