Hello guys, I have a question, I am using Vinyara, which has 100% removal of energy, removal of buffs and setting attack debuffs, I repeat 100%. I have 70 more than the precision the game says I need for the stage,but it fails many times. Is it a bug or can you really fail with 100%?

The attempts are weekly. They start at 3 attempts per week and go up 1 attempt each week, with the last week having 6 attempts (each attempt is like Vortex, where you can retry until you click to save)

In a simple way - it will work with a 100 % rate if only your hero's precision is more than target resistance.

It does work, but it doesn't show the visuals. It's also a lot weaker than it seems on first sight. If you haven't noticed any change, that means the increase falls in your 'confidence interval' so to say

if you are f2p summon at standard heli dice summon since every 35 summon you will get a legendary if you have not gotten one during those summons. Banners on the other hand have a own pity counter so it doesnt carry to other banners or the standard one.

You're lacking an enabler for the ice blast stacks; maybe use Nord instead of Donella

Nope, he gives few stacks. He is great for the 40% damage and giving his passive to others though

I use Gerthin, Nord and Zhorak (+ Catherine and Ergander, no 5-affinity) and I can hit 8-9M on Vortex IV

I think Zhorak may be bugged and his passive is not giving stacks back on other heroes. It’s something I didn’t really think of what it should be doing (I was only thinking of the passive), but I realize that it is easy to assume Zhorak will be enough while practically he isn’t (right now).

So, my advice still stands and it should work greatly, but Zhorak is likely worse than you might expect. If he would be fixed (eventually) Nord might be worse. Just keep an eye on it I would say.

I know Zhorak isn't the best (even if his passive sharing isn't broken, which it seems so) but in early testing, it did better than dauntless with no gear.

IB is pretty strong! You just need Gerthin/Beldelle and Nord to make it work, which is actually not that much.
Attack Speed on Nord might not be best; I think the inventor set is the best for pretty much everyone, especially on IB. But, since you’re still on epic gear it might be a bit moot

Zhorak is still pretty decent, since a 40% damage buff on Gerthin is really a lot

Btw make sure you use the manticore artifact on her (+20% battle skill dmg)

After you get them the first time, any duplicates will turn into 3 Essence of Creation, which can be used to upgrade Artifacts. Rares are similar, any duplicate Rare gives you 60 Essence of Creation (well, actually at the start I think it might be 20 plus enough of a currency to buy 1 Rare Artifact until you have all, then the Essence increases)

this is how I would go. Horrus and Dalk frontline full tank. Durem and Aschetius must cast before the enemy (get a lot of skill haste) and durem must cast just a few ms before Aschetius. this should do the trick. If not you can go 3 man affinity switching dalk with Tamar and Zharloth with Phaessa. if you g et Tamar make sure he has hourglass and max skill haste and accuracy (no need for dmg) so that he can stun the enemy and Durem and Aschetius nuke. hf

MC (aka adventurer) is sorta universal and a lot of us use MC our first season a lot. But you really want to level your characters through Goblin and Elemental dungeons, along with using decent gear for each character (HP/Def for tanks, Attack for attack characters)

The Wild Raspberries are all around, especially in the starting locations, I’d probably go from Athalean to Arbortea and should be plenty around there

Common is the rarity (brown background), and I think that’s the only common berry right now. Other rarity type combos have more options, e.g. Rare Fish could be Piranha or Salmon

Yeah, you are in Season 1. You won’t unlock that until you go further into the main story so you’ll just have to farm a bit to level your characters more. What fights specifically are you having problems with?

Hi, do you know if developers have something interesting to offer for 'returnees'? If season 2 would be more complex and have more things from season 1, players would not quit. The marging sometimes 3 servers to 1 get much pressure for players to stay on ranking. That's why they mostly quit. I notice also that this game is less f2p friendly, less stamina without updated 'Walker's trails' force people to pay and stay in game or not pay and quit the game. If you have contact with devs, please pass this information from my experience of playing. Thx 🙂

There is no direct, triangle-like countering in the game. It's all about specific skills and general roles (DPS, general support, healer support, tank, hybrid)

Roughly, ignore the small sample size, only started collecting recently and don’t have the drop increase yet (and either I have lucky drops from Venom 8, horrible drops from Rot 8, or they have slightly different drop rates)

Secondly, I am stuck. I can’t defeat Queen Sivesta in the Lair of Fallen Souls. No matter what I do I can’t find the right combination to defeat her. I am also stuck in the Pillar of Trials. Lightning pillar 9/60, ice 15/60, and fire 15/60. Aaargh. And I don’t know what I am doing wrong in the Sanguine Snow Field. I can’t pass the ravine to Weeping God Fell. There is no bridge. So, for now, my game has stopped. Any suggestions or secrets I’m missing? I’d appreciate any help.

Runes are the only other equipment option with Skill Haste other than set bonuses, but sometimes you can abuse Meggan’s Battle Skill to get the additional Ultimate Energy (need the recipient of the heal to be the one who needs the Ult though)

Or the Spiritual Incense Burner (think that’s the Ult energy recharge one and Ancestors candle is the battle skill one), that doesn’t change the shown cooldown, but gets you additional energy after casting so is very similar.

It does not, he is a static % healer. Just load him up with skill haste, defense, and health.

Gospel or Mirror is a good artifact for him too if you want to increase healing.

the game is g reat reminds me of baldurs gate 3 but the RNG is not as random to me it seems but overall good except one thing.

THE BOTTLENECKING OF PRGRESSION! all other games with progression and gear are never limited by level and special missions so its frustrating that such a good game has is that is also mobile which means you can play at all time! BUT NOT IF YOU CANT PROGRESS. Id rather whale on energy and grind then characters because you dont get enough resources to build them out anyway! the game is just like genshin impact when it first dropped good story animation and gameplay but will lose interest fast because players cannot progress at their pace.

The purpose of the event is to get back people who quit.

You'll get whatever bonus you added in there according to the party you created 3/5 man team

They do rotate each season so you can mix characters each season

Hello. I started my character back in beta pretty sure but I didn't really progress at all. I decided to try the game again and got launched into season 2. Problem is my traveler did not get any of the skill scrolls you apparently get from doing the season 1 quests. Is there a way to fix this?

There is not. I would just suggest to start over; you will experience and receive every thing you should have. Your hero roster is likely hugely limited as well, while pretty much everyone in your server will be very much far more advanced/progressed.

I'm not online right now so I can't provide an SS. It's not completely horrible, but my traveler being gimped is a pretty big bummer.

I did end up making a new character just for the heck of it which is how I found this out. The nice thing is I got a legendary on that character in my first 3 pulls.

So both characters have a legendary.

And I much prefer the one I got on my new character.

Traveler is a pretty meh character generally

But yeah you will be so much more able to compete on a new server compared to an old one without a proper roster, definitely better. And glad you got a legendary right away. With just one on the other I’m gonna say you really should just try again.
Also for the rewards and the story.

I don't give too much of a hoot about the story tbh but it does seem like there's enough carryover from S1 progress-wise to where it'd be pretty difficult to catch up on my original character.

I guess I'll just play both for the memes and swap my spending over to my new one.

That or I'll just drop my original altogether. If I cop one of my favourite legendaries on it I'll prolly be pretty mad lol.

Yea, tanky DPS. Gerty (if you have her), Shin, Catherine (if you have her, to prevent debuffs), Pick a tank (ideally staffgar), and one more healer should be able to get you past this.

You can also try global ulti dps as well, just keep them tanky with lots of healers and they'll shut down the backline over time. I mostly chewed up Grish with single target (thia doesn't heal him) and then they all went for the backlines.

For new player doing story; should I just keep with the 5 man bonus for fire/poison and use heksansra for heals? Or use 3 person bonus and switch to a light healer? (Aquarion or Meredith)

Heks is a great healer just in general, but until you get to the 5-Affinity, it’s perfectly fine using off-elements for Support/Debuffer as long as your main DPS and Tank are in your affinity group (all the characters in the affinity group will get those bonuses, and you likely won’t have reached the 5-affinity bonuses if you are a new player), and even with those bonuses you may still want some particular abilities that are worth breaking the 5-affinity

Yeah, Noteera is one I would just use while you have a free reset because she’s not very good (fine to start while you have limited options though), and then get Sigrid from the Rare chest. Fire/Poison is a great affinity to start out on in S1, Horrus is a great free tank, Heks is a great free healer, Sigrid is a great debuffer/DPS and definitely worth the Rare chest early on if you haven’t gotten her. Fire Traveler is solid, and you’ll want to level him in S1 purely for being versatile with the ability to change elements

In the Walker Trials there is a Rare Hero Selection Chest I think it’s called that lets you pick any Rare hero to summon for free, think it’s milestone 10 (shows up in your inventory with the food if you’ve collected it already)

Depends.
Some healers use Enlightenment as a factor on their heals. Same some DPS use it as factor on their damage.
Best approach would be to tick the details box when checking your heroes skills, and check whether the hero needs enlightenment for anything.

For instance.
Eli deals extra derivative DMG using his passive the more enlightenment he has. While his other skills don't use it. So maybe ain't that strong.

Heksandra uses enlightenment on her Battle Skill heals. Yet %HP and %Atk on her Ultimate. So a mix would be alrighty.

Poison DMG ticks are improved by Enlightenment yes, but raw Atk poison damage dealt by Sigrid, for instance, doesn't benefit at all for Enlightenment so it's unwise to build it on her.

Like DisWho just went over, its VERY hero dependent.

For instance: I rarely use enlightenment on Heksandra, because it is a VERY SMALL amount of extra healing I get from her battle skill - however is has been a factor before. However, I do use 400-500 enlightenment on Garian because it makes him heal waaaay better. Catherine is another example of a bunch of enlightenment matters, but on Quarion, it does not. Often with most healers, Skill Haste is more important.

DisWho nailed it on poison heroes. Some get bonuses, and its worth it, but you have to look at each character. We get mixed results on Eli for instance - Sometimes a Crit % and attack build is better than an Enlightenment build on Eli. But for characters like Corrin, we get better results with lots of enlightenment on him. Another example is Durango vs Twitch. Durango does better with Crit % focus, Twitch does better with Enlightenment focus. So ask about each individual Poison hero if you want advice, because we tend to build each different.

I guess first step is do you have the quest (to see the quest marker)or just know about it from the Collection? Have you run into the assassin in the Unyielding Silk in the SW area? After that there is a Hidden Residence is the NE Corner of corruption Cliff. Then there is one more part I think it’s in the Corruption Cliff city

Or maybe you run into a Noble in the SW area and leads you to the assassin in the NW, something like that

So as far as I've been told the timer is supposed to be the event end, not the shop closes. Just a translation error.

That said if the shop closes prematurely, I'll be all over the SGRA folks to reopen it.

But after the event ends and you get your ranking rewards, all you can do to get more shards is the Dragon Crystal buy.

She drags the furthest enemy in the same row as her, then the next row and so on. So in your picture it would be Questa (if she were ranged but she’s not so it skips her), then Adolphus, then Sigrid and finally Gulende

If you placed her top row, she’d start with Sigrid then work her way down to Gulende. And vice versa if she was placed bottom row, Gulende first and Sigrid last

Hii, need help. I started the Exploration of the Other World event, but I hadn't finished the main story yet. And I couldn't move forward. I've finished the main story now, but it still says I need 100%, and I don't know what to do.

@gaunt stag the 100 percent is a server goal. It will unlock for everyone at the same time, I believe it takes a week or two. Look at the main event page to see what percentage complete the server has progressed and how many days are left until the final boss unlocks.

Just started a few days ago F2P and wanted to check I'm on the right track energy efficiency wise. Main team is MC L68 (leveled to push past L2 fire) plus Horrus , Sigrid, Heksandra and Letalis all at level 51 with L8 gear. I spent some books on sigrid. That team seems to roll pretty well through pve content and arena. I don't have any of the other recommended rares or epics. In terms of energy I plan to complete the fortune seeker event since it gives as much energy as it costs. After that is the best plan for energy to get that team to L70 plus any needed to get through L3 fire domain ? Presumably at some point it makes sense to transition to spending energy on gear rather than levels. Btw thanks for the posted guides, they've been most helpful.

Really, when you hit the end of the free reset period, reset everyone, and post in #📊┆dragon-lineup-help for advice. For now, Elemental Dungeons, Goblin, and Venom Dungeon is a good use of your energy, but you cannot go wrong with element dungeons and goblin. Just make sure you're completing them as high as you can. Efficiency is really about reaching highest level dungeons - the only one that matters for completion timing is Goblin for extra rewards.

Fortune Seeker and events that provide bread energy is almost always worth your time - however you can complete a dungeon and see what your reward points are vs energy spent vs how much you get out in bread if energy is your only concern. Usually the rewards PLUS the bread is worth your time regardless of efficiency. More wyrm, more dice = more unlocks = more content you can do better.

Ya all characters go back to zero which is also such a bad idea. It's not even worth it and really hard on casual players. I pay a little here and there but I am done unless things change. It took me like a month to get a team to lvl 90s which is like 1/3 of the season. The drop rates is another big fail.
Most of these games allow u to summon legs from not just 1 summon stone/die and provide them for free a lot more frequently. They need to change their greedyness. Server merge already indicates there aren't enough players and the reasons I mentioned are the cause of this. Noone wants to work from Ivl 1 every season and find gear over and over again just to lose it...

Another random question about gear vs level and stamina effeciency. 8 days in, I'm currently sitting at venom 4 and goblins 2-2 with MC, Sigrid at L89, Heks, Horrus at L71, Voresh Letalis and Enna at L69. Does it make more sense to level up Horrus/Heks to get to Venom 5 for better epic gear or focus on shard/level up for Letalis and Voresh to get to Goblin 2-3 or is this sort of in the weeds. I don’t think you can completely stop them in the 2nd stage iirc (in the 1st stage of the fight those are summoned units which you can Ult). You just have to bring him down in health faster to trigger his final form (the one that just spams AoE damage) instead of allowing him to have more rotations of Absorbing the Crystal (which I think gives stacking +Crit Rate or something)

Yep, having the exact same problem myself! Other banners do have a more limited hero group, but to get a hero you want you basically need to spend (a lot), or get really lucky. As F2P or low spender, not worth it.

I'm not disagreeing whether it has an effect but I can't find anywhere in game where it is in fact stated that derivative poison damage scales off enlightenment. There are a few heroes where the details explicitly call out enlightenment in the context of derivative poison damage but most do not so it seems they all should. I don't recall in beta whether details did, I remember details being more explicit then than they are now

I will get him in two days and expect he will be immediately leveled for my roster, for most characters it’s often a balance of how often you need those abilities, how they compare to similar heroes, how well do they fill their niche, etc. if you don’t have Adolphus he looks likes a strong shielder in Fire, and relevant AoE debuffs are always nice, he looks pretty generally useful will be going in a Fire/Necro team for the survivability without a doubt since that combo lacks good healers. In S1 Fire is paired with Poison and a lot more healing options for survivability. He still seems pretty generally useful.

You could probably replace Fire MC depending on the damage he does, but Voresh/Sigrid work together for AoE Atk down. My guess is that you would lose damage, gain a fair bit of survivability with Elminsters shields. Rash probably needs other wilds to really shine, and the single target is probably better in Dungeons but worse in normal PvE battles than Fire MC’s Ult. Plus, at the start being able to switch the MC’s element comes in handy when you don’t have many leveled characters to be able to farm other domains, Ice MC is a pretty solid shielder that stayed useful for stuff like Curse

What part are you having trouble with on Violet Dragon? I had to use Meggan as an extra healer along with Horrus/Sigrid/FireMC/Heks in order to keep everyone alive and then positioning in the battle so that Heks/Meggan healed both DPS no matter which group they needed to heal, but weren’t close enough to get the extra damage from his first form attacks

So, Garius is better than Ardeth in MOST content. But Ardeth is extremely good. Garius is best with the legendary staff artifact, so if you have that already, I would roll for Garius.

Very direct advice: Both. Celestial III banner in s2 has several good legendaries in it. Ardeth if you perform well you'll be able to get with anywhere from 5-30 dice just fine.

Like overall Fire/Poison is your best affinity, but you're mostly on single target dps.

Horrus+Heks should work for you fine through endgame.

Rhash and Errich will work for you fine, and you could mix in Fihrah or Elminster until you get another Wild character worth running.

Rad/Lit, do you have Quarion? Hes a rare Radiance healer.

So Elminster is not that bad, and usable in some end game content, and you can make him work, but here's the thing: If youre not spending for legendary scrolls, a lot of the time Epics and rares will be better for you for a while because you can increase their skills.

Long term wise, Elminster is good investment, he's pretty damn useful end of season 2.

I'm struggling on a second team for you:

Naguk is NOT a good tank really, but you have better healer support for Rad/Lit, but the only decent DPS you have is Irina and shes not even a full DPS.

If you have Meggan, you could make Necro/Ice sorta work: Voresh, Meggan, Irma, Rowena, and Wilt or Vojeh if you have Vojeh (Vojeh is kiiinda better)

If you really want to run 5 affinity fire/poison tho: If you have Dench (rare), try him instead of voresh.

Gear bonuses are diff in s2 as well, which made it interesting. S1 Gamblers sets are king for 90% of dps, s2 its inventor except for dauntless, and then Emperor sets are best for mekka, stuff like that.

And Fey as well lvl 180 + other levels. Plus the Labyrinth of Curiosities levels yields some Wyrm, and the last one an orange dice

Mostly from advice here I'm in S1, L34 day 20 and currently doing domain5, goblin 3-2, venom9, curse8. The difference is, pulls from regular banner carry on pity.
Pity is at 35 dices IF you don't summon before hitting that amount.
So if the regular banner timer ends, you won't worry if you didn't hit a Pity since it will carry over

The other banners, the special ones, don't have this keep the pity system. So if you don't get a Lego before pity. Pity is lost when banner timer ends

Regarding pity. So let's say you summon 10 times and got a Lego. Next pity is gonna be at 45.
But if you summon 34 and no Lego, pity guarantees a Lego on your next dice

Special banners give you an option to highlight one hero. "More chances to get it". I wouldn't trust it.
But yeah, that could works.

Check extra rewards when pulling on a banner. Usually special banners are better after Continental Challenge event. Not worth before that

Also there's an event which gives you a legendary hero if you get 200 tokens. For you it should be Continental Challenge - Utior (Necro legendary hero).
If you like the hero, saving some dices for when that banner appears should make getting the tokens easier

The regular banner has a reward at 80, sometimes 100. You'll notice a shadowed figure inside a frame and a counter beneath it, on the right side.
If you reach that counter, it's a guaranteed Lego.

Some people can and prefer to wait to have around 100 dices to pull in a regular banner for that extra guaranteed legendary hero.

Since you are just starting, hitting 35 is safest for acquiring a nice rooster.
Then I'm sure you'll know enough to decided whether you should wait or well.. managing the dices in general.

Hi Porch Thank you!!! I have checked it on my server. The best guys in vortex use Beldelle with her artifact (lvl90 all heroes). So purple gear. They do about 27k on Vortex III. Without the artifact and the same team i saw a guy who has done 15k. It seems that the artifact has a huge impact. But it seems that Ice Blast is really strong with (Beldelle, Shin, Zhorak, Garius, Felosia).

Yeah, if Catherine’s debuff immunity actually prevented the Fungal Poison she would have more use there, but you need Resistance or Heal Ticks instead. Quarian doesn’t really bring anything if you have Felosia, a single character HoT and a single heal tick for Ult (since Felosia’s brings Def Up II with pretty much 100% uptime)

I went with the very slow method of Frurbath/Nathaniel/Garian for a ton of heal ticks, and then Irina/Sigrid. Irina had Witches and Nathanial had Elminster’s Guide, but I think Crown/Antimaya’s Tiara would work too. Such an annoying fight

Question about MC. You can switch between elements, but if you want to limit break, can you just choose one? Like switch to fire, limit break with flame and then switch to ice?
