you have already a very high attack stat although you are using the music box. I think with these stats you are probably better off using platinum knight set. Gambler is much better in the beginning but platinum gets better for the main dps if you can buff them well.

then I will try to help my fellow khajiit. There are skills that do derivative damage (check out for example Flora's ultimate). It works as specified in your screenshot and is, except for a few healing abilities, the reason to put enlightenment on those heroes. I assume that the derivative lightning damage from the elven quiver can be enhanced by enlightenment too but I'm not sure there. You have to check every skill to see if it does derivative damage, there are no real rules what does derivative and what doesn't.
You get (don't know if that is precise but it is at least roundabout) 0.5% multiplier for every point of enlightenment.

So I’ll take Dench & Heks as examples since I think it covers all the cases (pretend everything is lvl 1 and ignore the bottom bonuses)

Dench’s Passive will give Derivative Poison damage with 240% Attack and only scales with Attack. However, since it’s Derivative Damage it can’t Crit, and instead scales with Enlightenment. With 76 enlightenment the game shows that gives 37.9% bonus damage for all Derivative Damage, so you actually get 1.379 * [240% Attack]

I believe your problem is that there is not much to understand.
Derivative damage is simply one type of damage. There are the 6 elemental damage types (fire, cold, lightning and so on), then there is splash damage (you target one enemy and all around them receive a portion of that damage too), poison stacks (damage per second per stack as 0.5% of the target's health) and derivative damage (damage is described in the skill or artefact, can be enhanced by enlightenment). It is simply a game mechanic, nothing that I can explain "logically".

V answered the team part of the question, the best teams worldwide are to my knowledge wild teams. That doesn't have to be so on every server so at home you may be number one potentially but the 'Flora does damage and 4 heroes support her' teams are the best right now.

Talking of skill haste and bugs, I am just glad they fixed this. Not happy they didn't announce the fix. This wasn't working for the first month and a half or so and it didn't help that bosses like vortex were not actually exactly 20 seconds rotations. Now it is all fixed and you can easily set the interval of any skill that is under 20 seconds cooldown to 20 and make sure it casts at the perfect time you need it during vortex or other fights.

Don’t know if I hit that bug before it was fixed. I’ve been able to delay the initial and cooldown arbitrarily without issue (has Flame Domain Enna and Fitz alternating before I could get enough haste, so had 30+ second initial delay and 36s cooldown)

I just calculates the multiplier by comparing which stats I have on different heroes and which percentage it gives me. it is consistantly what the .05 multiplier plus a tiny bit more which is not linear so I assumed (like Mernak said) that it's a rounding problem.

1. I use the book and only on second healer the mirror. But that's just my preferences
2. yes, for venom 9 2 healers are needed if you don't have a super lego team. I used Meggan before I got Viccuc. No exp with Catherine.
3. crtitical hit 100% (check skills, there are a few who boost their own crit rating), critical damage 250% (I don't get that on anyone, was just a 'as much as possible and then some' statement)
4. dps use damage sets. these are usually something like 3-set platinum or, if attack isn't that high 3-set gamblers. the three-ears set only for a support or secondary dps (or healer) to boost damage of the dps, holy hunter only if you need the control.

That is not entirely true. Reset rules state everything that is partially or fully reserved. Everything else that you have will be deleted. This means that every sort of currency is gone and alliance points are a currency.
The item that is not fully certain is the alliance rank.

Skill Haste is king for your cc/debuffers. Usually if your debuffers/cc'ers go first, you have a good advantage. But that is in the top 20 range

for lower/mid range its not going to make or break really

its more about countering their lineup with a barebones setup

A lot of times, whether it is pvp or pve, her ultimate skill happens instantly at the start of combat, it is the first thing that happens before anybody even moves. It doesn't always happen. She does have +75 skill haste, but that's already applied to the shown cooldown. Does anyone have any ideas? Seems bugged to me, it only started happening recently.

This is the team. Sometimes she uses it instantly before moving, sometimes she takes 2 literal steps forward and uses it. Sometimes it seems to wait the full almost 8 seconds. It seems pretty random.

Only my opinion here as i m on day 12.
If you have any mean to get a lorentheel, philto is absolutly massive (pve though), like massive massive (way better than the exclusive guy shooting star without its exclusive artefact, except in adventure or maps where you can find scattered enemies). And you have the other support to go with him xd.
What i mean if the mean if the secobd you get lorentheel, you ll want scrolls for both. The important point will be to synchronize them, wich could mean, depending on your artifacts, to not fully skill up philto ultimate ...

Ya lorentheel is really good. For me Thelendor is stronger then philto as he target the whole map. But of course philto is also very strong DPS in rally team. So Elrasmus is correct - don't bother with Rally right now unless you get lorentheel. They will disappoint compared to any other comp.

Your actual strongest individual legendaries are:

Khrysos
Ogguk
Auster

However none of that really freakin matters without a comp to go with them.

But, since youre on season 1, you actually have a killer pve comp with Ogguk, Khrysos, Tonlanan, Errich, and whatever else you wanna use for a DPS Wild. TBH if you had either of the Wild legendaries, you could have a top vortex team.

But for general use, likely Ogguk if you can only pick one. Khrysos is still really powerful unscrolled, but Ogguk you'd want the Skills to cycle sooner than Khrysos when utilizing both.

You've got most of several really core comps with your poison, fire, and ice legendaries across PVE and PVP. Really work with someone experienced to build out multiple comps depending where youre at in the game.

Legendary artifacts:

Witch. If you already have witch, it's gonna depend on what you're running for vortex and etc comps. Hourglass is a good general purpose, but you'll get more DPS out of throwing Solar king horn on Ogguk or Frur. Likewise, gatekeeper's staff does really well on Ogguk and several other characters as well. Hourglass is great, but its only 4% faster than a fully leveled Staff, and really is good for characters that apply debuffs that aren't witch. Khrysos is amazing with Hourglass though. So long version short: The right second legendary arti is gonna depend on what comps you run, otherwise just go with hourglass for general purpose.

If your gear sets are solid (full crit with 15-1600 def 40k+ Hp on dps) then solar king horn for more dps overall.

If you’re not fully setup gear wise get the staff for more survivability/versatility.

Keep in mind that’s if you have witch already. If you don’t have witch - get witch. It’s the biggest dps increase in the game and simplifies farming content to the point it translates into survivability increase because everything dies faster.

You’re not wrong, the second artifact is a hard choice. “Best” choice really comes down to gear.

Like if you have a brotherhood 100% crit rate set for your debuffer, your debuffer and dps are all 15-1600+ defense and 40k+ Hp at 100% crit rate in 3pc executioner or gambler, go with the solar king horn.

If your gear is still bad and you want to clear content better/easier get the staff.

If pvp or niche poison builds are more important to you, get the hourglass.

The short version is you can't just group up powerful characters and expect to win, compositions and synergy matter more in this game. There are rare+epic teams that will complete content where 5 legendaries cannot, and there are specific comps that aren't even 5 affinity that will outscore 5 affinity good comp teams.

a shield is not a buff. Buffs are for example attack up or defense up. You need a dispel buff hero for example in grave of curse because the Boss buffs himself with attack up which would kill you team in higher levels. There are a few heroes that can remove shields but that's an ability that states exactly that.
Buff prohibition means that opponents can't get new buffs but bosses have some immunity to that, there are buffs that come no matter what you do.

First things first: everyone dies at vortex. That boss can't be killed, it's only a matter of time and what amount of damage you can do in that time.
You have good heroes but it's also about the equipment. With level 90 they should now wear %attack and %def and the like.
For fire/poison I would recommend following team: Horrus with as much def and HP as you can get and if you have the crown give it to him and try to boost his accuracy a bit. Heksandra or if you get him Vicuc, and as dps Tonalnan (definitely), Follie and Sigrid. Try to time Sigrid's ultimate so 2 aoe attacks have attck down. And when you get Errich take him in instead of Sigrid.

as the game progresses in each season there are some rankings with a bit of rewards too. You will see a lot more. This one should be how far in the story people are, the faster they get there the better the ranking.

I suggested the fire team simply because they are basically the strongest when you have the best heroes. With Tonalnan and Follie it can already be very nice, later with additionally Errich even better. He is a beast at vortex.
But the poison team can be very strong too, I just don't have any experience there because of a certain lack of the good heroes 🙂

Your fire epics are good too for single target damage

I'm pretty sure you can kill bosses with the team as long as you have a tank, 2/3 dps, 1/2 healers/shielder, and attack penalty
Loris brings tanking + attack penalty
Traveler brings dps + shield
Meggan brings heal + defense buff
Premtsa and the other summoners bring dps

You can try Garius with the rally epics and some of the rally rares

Merideth the common radiant could be your second healer if needed

Meggan good healer to cleanse defense penalty too

Can someone help me with a setup for Fey Meander level 93, see the above picture for the enemies.
I got these 30 heroes leveled, no legendary artifacts but most epics.
My main team is either a Wild one, or the fourth picture I linked. But it doesn't work, the enemies just nuke and remove ultimate energy, and I don't have enough DPS to burn them if I build specifically to resist that.
So yeah, any help would be appreciated. Pretty much stuck there, and the season is almost over (not much in the way of bread anymore either).

It's not just about levels; it's about your heroes and the gear. Use different heroes that deal a lot of DPS, if you have a self-healing tank you don't need a healer as well

You basically are aiming for a pure offense clear the stage asap rather than ensuring a win using a more balanced team

I'm afraid that you ran into a little snag, one which I have encountered too. You get a legendary for sure with the 35th heliodite die without a legendary pull. BUT! every banner counts separately. So if you summon with blessed heroes I 10 times and then blessed heroes II 15 times and then blessed heroes III 10 times you have 35 but every banner counted them for themselves and you have 10/15/10 and not 35.

Why are you not sure if it is working, looks right to me? Here is an example of something similar I use for Heretical Ruins (no Voresh, but use Frur and Rava for debuffs before Sigrid goes). Rava and Frur cast their Ults at 18.5 (once the Phoenixes spawn), then I give an additional delay of 0.5s to Sigrid to ensure that at least the first tick is completed and enemies debuffed before Sigrid goes. Then they have the same interval (the interval here is the bosses full interval)

there are a few things you should consider:
event banners all have their own pity counter so you should have 35 heliodite dice when you use them there. At least 25 to get the epic selection box are important.
There are events like the Utior event that starts after about a month in season 1 where you would need to use dice to get event currency.
If you don't do these things then you can summon freely without any consideration but use the golden banner. there is only one pity counter for the golden banners and it carries to the new season.

So of note, Questa/Zadok/Adrie/Eleuia is a power combo with whatever for heals. And it works in a lot of normal PVE content, not just snowland.

Overall Adrie really screws up boss ultis in dungeons so like I said, don't forget about her.

Funny enough, at least for single target, you have decent comp choices for dauntless. Iola, Sutha, Nimbus or Shag, Nimbus, Sutha. Nimbus is often overlooked and is actually not bad.

Naguk is NOT a good tank tbh, skip him

Also, Iola is really, really good. Nathaniel is also really good.

Duling is your tank for Ice/Rad until you roll something better.

Joyce is NOT bad, just the way that those characters interact with all of the ulti manipulation techniques (like just attack speed the hell outta eluia), its actually impressive single target damage. But if you want a generalized one with Joyce and Eleuia just like, consider adrie over thia unless you need the debuff immunity. Heal wise, Zhar SHOULD be enough, hell as long as you arent getting hit by voresh, even meggan can be enough.

But you also have Ice MC as a shielder you can throw in, in weird fights.

2. what it says on skills. Most of the time it enhances healing or size of shields but check the skill description for details.

there isn't an official site doing what you ask, but as far as I know that's not being done in any game, it's usually up to the players. And as this is a rather new game you can't expect fan sites to be up to everything.
But I'd rather suggest that you should be working the forge or going for dungeons. Every single type of armour or weapon can be found in dungeons or forged. Merchants are not very important there.

Yes, and anyone who says shes not good in Vortex 4 isn't playing the mechanics as well as they could.

Example: Vicuc purges the defense down (30%) and heals with ulti. Sifris gives 60% defense, ressurects, and heals for way more than Vicuc. As long as you have Fru helping heal Sifris' damage taken isn't a factor. People get excited over vicuc applying attack penality 1, and its nice, but at the cost of the defense, health, and skill haste its sorta not worth it and the def 2 basically compensates for the attack down 1 in trade off (along with the waaay more healing)

Most of my boss comps I have sifris in, and just leave her ulti off unless I need it.

She's massively misunderstood and people also don't realize how healing numbers work in this game usually. As long as you have something off-healing her she's one of the best healers in the game.

On the weeks dauntless isn't super amazingly better, I run Fru, Sifris, 3 wild in vortex and go afk. I'm likely s2 running dauntless, Fru, Sifris, and going afk (gotta test the new heal set tho, RIP Radiance set)
