My Server Levels Got Reset

Hey mods ,
I noticed that all my levels in the server got reset. I think it might be a bug or some issue, since I didn’t break any rules or get a warning.
Could you please look into this and let me know if my levels can be restored?

Hey, this might me the issue from bot's side which can't control. We are planning to change the bot for new year. If you can wait till first of January then it will be super duper awesome.
