Can't buy upgrades in local shop.

As title says, can't buy upgrades in the shop. I get the attached error. I have logged out, shut down the client, etc.

A restart of the client usually fixes this. That's strange. What were you attempting to buy?

It started with the autoloot upgrade but I also couldn't buy anything else. It just randomly started working a few hours after I posted this.
