Maybe have a world boss that whoever’s online we can all attack it together at a certain time for like 3 to 5 minutes and you’re rewarded randomly and maybe go by how much damage you do?

some sort of world boss that pops up once a week that's not quick to kill and everyone contributes to killing it for global buffs like bonus XP for 24 hours or something just as an example. Could maybe be a cool thing.

I like this but have the boss unlimited health, available always and rewards are given at the end of the week based on damage done 👍
Edit: I only say unlimtied health because there are some strong clans on this server that would likely be able to wipe it fairly quickly. I'd rather it be available to everyone always so no fear of missing out because of time zones etc

a fix to the time limit cancer you refer to could be as simple as set this boss 1 day per week and have it available to everyone through out the whole day but you can only attack it 1-2 times, stacking your total dmg done, until you eventually die, creating a leaderboard of who did most dmg and distributing loot according. extra xp or a loot box.
