with how levels scale, itd go up to lv137 at around 470m iirc

not really it would make doing raids better and higher combat better as well no need to change anything else

yes there will because if the xp requirement is reduced by 25% the levels will still be slow and death is still possible

This feels like extending upon extending

I would more think about the idea of a sort of reborn status. This status gets more powerfull depending on ur reset stats, u can only reborn once to get some extra perks.
