Connection issues on mobile

Hi team,

I'm a mobile player, however I have issues with connection, when im on wifi there is no issue, but when i disconnect from wifi i cant connect to the game anymore.

I have 5G and i live in Netherlands (which has one of the best internet)

I can play any other online game and everything except this one, it keeps loading when i open the game so its not my connection.

I tried to erase the cache but that didnt help and was hoping that this would get solved with updates but that was either not the case with the last update.

Since its idle and im not like 24 hours from my home its not a big deal but would be great that this can be solved so i can play outside as well.

Note: this is on samsung galaxy s24 ultra

Not an expert or know anything abt it but do you have a vpn by any chance, ive seen some similar situation where that was the problem

Hi, nope just mobile internet with no vpn, could not fix it so far 😦

@turbid gazelle try downloading a VPN and connect to the nearest area to your home town, I've had this issue a few times with other games and a VPN seems to fix it.

Aight, ty but this should not be the solution, devs needs to fix it to avoid losing players.

Im not leaving cause i know the issue, however there might be players that doesnt know this bug/issue

Well I don't think they can recreate the issue to fix it right now, they might in the future though.

maybe they need to allow the provider "KPN" as it might see it as proxy?

I have KPN, no issues here
