Its a great idea, except its entirely rng because so many players have 120 combat
are there 20k players?
In addition to this, I'm pretty sure as long as you have puffers or better, nobody will ever die.
I do like the idea of a PVP mode but I think it would have to be closer to leaderboard style competitions that already exist to make sense.

Oh wow! Yeah I think when I downloaded last Januaryish there were sub 10k downloads on play store. But theres now 50k+ downloads on play store.. thats awesome 🙂
I think pvp would require its own balancing like other games that have pve and pvp elements

This is a great suggestion. Is obviously that to put this mode, will be needed their own balancing mode, cuz we are fighting against players who have items with own builds and have to introduce elemental defences in armors… have to much to explore!!
if the scaling was done right the meta would constantly rotate around the rock paper scissors of melee, ranged, magic. if magic is dominating, you'd have to run ranged, as an example. team compositions would dilute this a bit and with team compositions there are more options for maneuvering through the pool of competitors. this promotes leveling in combat (especially with a resource gained or rewards) and at max combat, slight gear shifts need tending to and players have to stay engaged as the pool of competitors shifts builds and make up in the tumultuous rock paper scissors. i really like this idea. 😉
yeah pvp will bring new casual players and is a different way to keep players online. dont necessary mean to be a idle game, of course the devs would have to balance the battle different for players and monster, but I stil like where is it going
judging by the wiki and all of the combat formulas, i bet they can adjust for PvP balancing.
i offer my services, balancing is such a fun concept to ponder
