#Let 'Skilling Consumables' boost quest exp

No images? that sucks, well here is a rewrite:
Allow the skilling consumables such as compost and resin to give a boost to exp on quest complete if it were used for the entirety of the quest due to the exceptional performance you provided.
If common was used, gain a 20% exp boost to skill exp from turning in the quest
If rare was used, gain a 50% exp boost
If a single step misses a skilling consumable, the entire boost is forfeited. If common and rare are mixed, the boost is 20%.
In addition to this, add skilling consumables for the non-combat skills missing them:
-Agility uses Sports Drink (looted from Mad Wizard)
-Carpentry uses Sealant (looted from Vampire)
-Cooking uses Cooking Oil (looted from Werewolf)
-Crafting uses Thread (looted from Dark Wizard)
-Enchanting uses Crystals (not looted)
-Plundering uses Rope (looted from Cerberus)
-Smithing uses Flux (looted from Black Dragon)
Due to enchantment missions only ever requiring one scroll, they wouldn't have a corresponding monster and instead would only be found from sources that provide the other consumables such as big turkeys, raids, and chests of Rare+ but in more limited quantities.
Quest are already bonus exp for doing a task that gave you exp also...
Yeah but that doesn't make them worth doing, particularly for low ranked quests or quests that are particularly costly.
This also incentivizes the use of skilling consumables.
