I have been running kronos books on my ironman and noticed the leaderboards are not updating. It has been 3ish days since I got 4 kc.

I cannot speak to Kronos specifically, but since the weekly quest update, the threshold to get on the leaderboard for Medusa, Chimera, and Hades (the 3 I had 0 kills for before the update) is now 11 kills. I remained unranked in all 3 until I hit that kc on each.
Although there is also still the whole "close the game completely to update leaderboards" or whatever, so make sure that's also not what's going on here.
The good news is that you will not be shortchanged on any of your boss kills. Once you het the 11 kc needed to be ranked, all will be normal and working as intended again

Right, I didn't think so, especially since its also not what's going on for me, but I still had to mention it so that someone else didn't come in here and tell us "Oh, just do that"

It is what's going on, you currently need 11 KC for bosses to be included in the leaderboards. It wasn't always like this, so the players appearing there likely got there in the not so recent past.
I'll make a small tweak there though: after the next update, the KC requirement to be included in boss and raid leaderboards will be 10 for regular players and the check KC check will be removed from ironman players
