#UI Update to the market - make it cleaner and easier to see prices at a glance. (w/Proof of concept)

I think a lot of people have an issue with the UI of the new market system, the ability to place sell AND buy orders is really cool, but the method to actually fill these is incredibly convoluted and confusing for new players, having an option to instantly fill highest buy order/lowest sell order to market without having to manually input the price would streamline selling multiple resources at a time, as well as having an instantly fill cheapest sell order option would make this system significantly less confusing for new players and give it ease of access for players who want to move items to/from the market quickly. I also suggest a simpler UI in the market, splitting the items into clear-cut categories where all/most items are accessible WITHOUT using the search function, this allows newer players to see all types of items that they may not typically see using only the search function.

Attached are some really poorly done photoshop work on how I imagine new pages may accomplish this, and my annotations on my thought process behind certain features being displayed.

Overall, considering the community feedback on the update thus far, I think some solutions I have proposed may help solve a lot of the issues people have with the market system.

Please feel free to leave any feedback whatsoever and I'll be happy to discuss my thoughts and consider other opinions on the matter :)

(I started work on this before the price info under each item was added, though the design still stands, just including the price info button)

(DISCLAIMER: ALL OF THE VALUES, NAMES, AND ICONS ARE PLACEHOLDERS. THIS IS JUST MY IDEA ON THE UI SETUP)

I’d prefer if hottest item and graphs etc where a seperate button like legacy shop, search offers, trading history takes up a lot of room especially for mobile

too much to read for me, but it looks like quick buy/quick sell as well as orders, so i like it

this was all done on my PC, and I completely forgot about mobile configurations, thank you! I personally also would prefer the hottest items to be a seperate icon to click, but some people may like it there so i just left it

@idle timber how does quick sell/ quick buy work?

Quick sell will work the exact same as placing a sell order at the same price as the highest buy order, and quick buy will work the same as placing a buy order at the price of the lowest sell order, instead of actually placing an order it will just fill the buy/sell orders, it's just a less confusing way of saying "fill cheapest sell order" or "fill highest buy order". Hope that makes sense :)
