Agility.
what does it do, really? it feels like it doesn't serve any actual purpose other than being chance fodder for plundering, which I think should be changed, so I purpose:
a) removing agility, make the plundering chance increase from plundering instead of relying on agility.(compensation(?):50% of exp goes to plundering)
b) give agility some proper usage, maybe like a book that you can use to unlock an upgrade which increases dodge chance based on your agility? maybe it'll increase your general speed in combat/gathering? whatever it is, something that gives that stat a purpose.

a) just a dumb option, ngl
b) reasonable/needed
a) is kind of a stupid option, but in general if its not getting any proper usage out of its existance other than pushing plunder chance and making you grind extra for mastery capes, I don't know if it really has to stay unless option b).
