#Can't login to the account

When I try to create account I got "500 Internal server error" when I try to login, it return "Lost connection to the server! Please try again in a minute." I can't crate the acount again bcs "Email already exists". I put the password from generator, it's strong and long and contains upper case, lower case, special characters and numbers. I think u forget corrlectly escape it. Can someone solve this?

So that i may collect as much information as possible prior to notifying the dev, Please try creating another account, you can use a variation of your email, or a throw away one. Interested in knowing if this is an issue with just the one account, account registration, or a larger issue. You have previously stated you have tried mobile and steam, as well as with a vpn to no success.

Ok, I create new account without special characters and it works, but I think it needs to solve. So u can't recover my original account?

dev can most likely get your original account back next time they are available, i will let him know but it is just one guy so youll need to be patient. most special characters should work just fine, or at least tell you that its not valid, there could be a very specific character causing issues

in the meantime, you are allowed a maximum of 3 normal accounts, and having those extra 2 accounts helps alot, so you could get started on those until @teal fulcrum can get to this

After update is error on main account little bit different: "Lost connection to the server! Please try again in a minute. If this keeps happening, check to see if there's an update available for the game." Just fyi
