Mayb have it use a spoon with lighter being lit under it to be able to add into a syringe and inject it that way for crack use
Yes, I also have this in mind, for a usable syringe item 🙂 In where you can use heroin or whatever
A syringe would go under consumables as a “one hit” item. If you send me the prop I’ll show you.

The most logical approach would be to allow the syringe to be filled with different items with different effects like heroin, meth or even adrenalline (the same as bong) , so Im not sure if one hit item is the best option
Unless we make different items like heroin_syringe meth_syringe, but then we need a logic how we change from empty_syringe item to heroin_syringe
You can make the item ingredient-based and shove ingredients (heroin) in there. Although not very practical and can be made easier, but it would work.
