Or weed gives you armor just an example.

Armor is built-in and can be added easily already.
As for strength, it can be done outside our resource since we offer the effect code open if you really want it done right now. Otherwise, it is a good suggestion I will take a look at adding more native effects you can easily toggle and play around with once we update the script.
