Fake VIN

Would be nice to implement some system for fake VIN, so it can be used for boosting and police can identify the vehicle from boosting

I have a rahe boosting system.
There you you can buy the vehicle which you are delivering, that should have a screatch/fake VIN, so police can identify the vehicle and confiscate it

Technically, if you steal a vehicle and initialize it with keys etc, it will have a vin number and marked as "temp", which won't be in the database to find. So it could be arranged with the current systems in place.
