Passive

  • Aiming - Your avatar always faces where your mouse is pointed unless you're in shiftlock, in shiftlock it faces your camera instead like normal.
  • Gunslinger - Wield one of 3 classic hyperlaser guns: Blue, Green, or Red, each has slightly different stats and E abilities, swap between them with 1, 2, and 3 respectively, you have a GUI on your screen showing the guns' ability cooldowns as well as a 0.75s cooldown upon switching where you can't M1. guns are:
    • Blue - Clicking fires a beam where your avatar is facing, it's about 20 studs long, it deals 9 damage on hit with small knockback and hitstun but no ragdoll, 1s cd.
    • Green - Same as blue but 12.5 dmg and 1.25s Cd.
    • Red - Same as blue but 5 dmg and 0.6s Cd.

Abilities

  • [E] Alt-Fire - Differs depending on gun chosen using R, all 3 have separate cooldowns despite using the same ability keybind:
    • Blue - Pressing E will let you charge a shot, clicking will release it, min charge time is 1s and max is 3s, the shot goes 20 studs rather than 10 and pierces walls/players, it does 20 damage. 7.5s Cd.
    • Green - Pressing E tosses a coin into the air, it will move forward/upward with low gravity and your movement changes how it moves, when shooting in the direction of the coin (vertical aim not required) it'll shoot the coin, causing it to ricochet the shot towards the nearest enemy in a 15 stud area of the coin, if no enemies it just goes downward, this works for all 3 guns main shots and the other 2's alt fires. 5s Cd.

    • Red - Spin the gun in your hand, charging a shot, this goes for 5s then ends OR you can click to stop spinning and fire a shot, this shot goes towards your mouse instead of forward and will bounce off walls/floors with it still being a beam and not a projectile, you are able to hit the same enemy multiple times with one shot as long as the beam hits them again after bouncing off something, it has a different bounce limit depending on how long you spin it pre-firing with 2 bounces at 1s, 3 at 2s, and 4 at 3s+, the beam does 7.5 damage and more knockback and has a lingering hitbox for about 0.5s. 9s Cd.
  • [Q] Slide - Begin sliding on the ground in the direction you're moving, you cant change direction while sliding but can turn your avatar to shoot people, while sliding you move with 25 walkspeed and your hitbox is a bit lower to the ground, you can hold the slide for up to 3 seconds and when releasing it you have 15 walkspeed for 0.5s, jumping right after ending the slide causes you to get a large boost in the direction you're currently facing (can be different to the direction you slided in) though this extends the walkspeed debuff to 1.25s. 10s Cd.

  • [R] Groundslam - Only usable mid-air, when used you will quickly fall to the ground, making a ring-shaped shockwave expand outward when landing, this shockwave will send enemies upward a bit without ragdoll while dealing 5 damage, however if you shoot them while mid-air from this they'll take +25% damage from the shot. also, jumping right after slamming sends you twice as high as usual. 7.5s Cd.

Notes

  • You can shoot enemy Hyperlaser users' coins to counter them.
  • If a red gun alt fire bounces off a coin it still bounces on surfaces, if it hits the enemy's feet it'll hit them, bounce, and immediately hit them again.
  • Gun M1s have a 0.5s windup with an ultrakill blue flash since they're not parriable due to not being projectiles (sorry brickbattlers but your fire sword aint doing nothing to my lasers)
  • Gun M1 windup gone while sliding.
  • Gun M1s have vertical aim-assist, if an enemy's <2 studs above/below the beam it'll aim at them instead of going under/over them, aim assist hitbox is extremely thin (0.5 studs wide)
