Farming using your friends in any situation is unfair and frowned upon you can say the same for any ability

Mind Control was removed because it had the ability to use moves of other abilities when controlling another player. The devs had to update that ability over and over anytime a new ability is added. It was exhausting for them. This ability suggestion will also suffer that same fate.
