do sentry users get immunity to hits of other sentry users like trees/mushrooms do

I should mention that the bullet from the gun can go far beyond the radius of the flag (letting you hit people from far away)
But you can only shoot while in RADIUS of the flag

But would you guys prefer a singular powerful musket, or the gun?

And can a flag drain while both the sentry and an enemy are inside

Yes the flag can drain if both the sentry and enemy are inside to prevent infi camping (cause yk, Sentry's can team up)

You can attack outside the radius only if you have a flag placed down
If you don't have a flag, no attacking
Isnt like capturing it is easy then

Just hit or stun anyhow the person and then they are helpless and kill em

Theres an class that wields sword (saber) and revolver and this game revolves around flags n stuff
I mean it revolves around digging trenches and war but
To win you have to capture a flag
i think there should be an award for using the same flag and not spawning a new one each time

You cannot replace the flag because the current one is up
It's basically an insta loss against any kb heavy ability

ignore the sentry and you get a guy who keeps shooting at people nonstop

Also it shouldn't just be kb, it should be anything that can reliably get you out of the flag zone to convert you into a vegetable
The problem is that I feel like it can be super hard countered by a lot of things
When I say a lot I mean
well if you really so badly want a fix
More than half of all the abilities
id reduce ragdoll when in flag
The problem is
If you get knocked out of the flag
kb is still an issue
kinda the point
You cannot fight back
the flag radius isnt small
And cannot replace it
if you could then theres no point placing one down
like its fine if an ability has its counter
Also another question
im just experimenting with a gimmick

Is the flag buff hitbox a sphere or a cylinder

So it cannot go on cooldown
So if I get knocked far away from my flag, I cannot do anything at all

Ok so the main problem I have with this is
This is just a slicer with a ripoff of crafter's gun that requires a deployable area to be able to fight back
And this is against like
Midas, both cosmos, both magnets, plasma, rage, engineer, both armies, stardust, pirate, grapple
Both alchemists
And any other unmentioned ability that is good at forcing you away from your attack area
Hell, UFO mas
Or even potentially RETURN
I say, what if outside of the flag area you could punch but they do 1 damage and still do normal knockback
So you aren't a helpless vegetable outside of the area that gets beaten to death by, get this, anything that can force you out of your area
Also, anything ranged on high ground can just shoot you and you can't do shit because crafter cannot aim vertically
ok fine ..
what if i made it a musket and it can aim vertically like bounty hunter mas
oh and the sword style can parry attacks

It does seem very difficult to balance
Considering that your main fighting condition is an area
cause i tried playing with a gimmick and yeah turns out if you make your only way of dealing damage to stand in a gladiator arena
shi gets boring
And like
500 bad matchups
How do you make RETURN viable against it
That's an actual achievement
now im thinking harder
