it probably broke when they attempted to fix the nuclear – brickbattler parry bug
they should've kept letting those nuclear users get what they deserve
but it could also hit other players 🥶
sometimes collateral is necessary
After using Parry/Reflect on Bind projectiles (Bind E) and Custom projectiles, they become purely visual, no longer hitting or dealing damage
In addition, many projectiles continue to deal damage to whoever parried/reflected them. Like Gravity Mastery Q
brickbattler was nerfed again...
q is the blue one right? i remember it working like this even before the update. the final explosion of it would damage you
same thing with custom's prisma bomb
I thought it was to fix the fact where if you parry malice pumpkins they gain knock back, ragdoll, and damage increase (it dosnt do that anymore, but now u can control them if deflected)
you could always control them when deflected
the pro-slingshot lobby is preventing this bug from being fixed in order to reduce the amount of firebrand players (the end goal is for there to be zero firebrand players left after slingshot flying noobs have taken over, and all skill is abolished)
which is good but pizza could win if the sling user isnt skill enough

what i think's happening is that the projectile's "owner" is still being kept as the original user's instead of the person who parried it
so it does no damage to the person it was intended for
bounty hunter's reflected net still nets the bounty hunter though ... weird
Yeah i can do that but I'd just rather use slingshot as i dont see the point in using a diff item
