... that is not public anywhere in the game, description, or very easy to find in general. Better to join an actual gamemode than to dig through the ancient artifacts of the ancient times to find somewhere people play the game competitively.

to an extent, yeah. a lot of the lower level abilities are quite lazy. Controversial, I know, but I shouldn't walk into a fight knowing I'm going to lose. Fights should be based on skill, not ability.
