the developers of this game like the fate series, and shirou has other moves that are suitable for a mastery. so the devs will have ideas on what to do for the mastery as well as the drive to want to make it since the ability is based off an anime they like

And the thing is with HoJ, it can’t ever be an ability that makes you wanna play again. It sounds super insane and cool, but it’ll just make you get the mastery, play with it one time, and leave again for an eternity. Those who still play with it would likely just do it because lack of skill (kinda with grav and bone mastery, although most people just liked those because of the references, but they’ll quickly get bored still)
