Engineer messing up cross hair for entire session

While using Engineer it moves your cross hair around, but when switching abilities the cross hair does not return to its center locked state. This heavily effects game play because you cannot aim properly with aim heavy abilities like bounty hunter. Another ability also causes this problem but i cannot remember which one
