This isnt balanced. Imagine a gp punch which you can use it at every stud distance. It is like the bullet from bounty hunter would do one shot and have inf studs range killing from ufo mastery and portal unmastery.

Death note ability:
Every 30 minutes a death note will spawn that you need to pick it up, same mechanic as krampus.
40k punches required

E- Will give you a list of usernames in the 85 studs distance [time stop distance][that means cant affect players from other dimensions]. The player which you afected will have a lock and will be a line from him to you so he knows who did that, after 25 or 30 seconds, he will die. [Even devorers] [the lock will probably break if it gets into other dimensions cuz will be to unbalanced if it stays][if he gets punched or ragdolled in death note, it will break the death lock, if he has return and placed a revive orb he will be revived, also you might say it would be good if it gets canceled when takes damage from someone with death lock to a person]
Wind-up for how much time stays writing the person--3 seconds
Couldown - 50 seconds or 1 minute
Q- Throws a mini black dagger like wrench that does 25 damage and slows the user 50% for a 1 second couldown. [Doesnt ragdoll]
Wind-up-- 2 seconds
Couldown--20 seconds

If you guys say it is bad, who tf would make a death note ability, just made the death note idea, but in a better way.
