Unlocked by 100k+ punches
Passive- after landing the E move the user will lose any and all abilities and passives until they die
E move- user gives away their ability to another player, player B will have their E move replaced with player A and will be visually shown with a different colour
When received, player B will also be able to pass on their ability to another player and that player will inherit all the passives and moves (except for god punch, UFO, another stockpile, festive,farmer, army, defender and engineer) and they will also have the ability to pass this on to another player as well but they will lose every ability they have and the cycle repeats until the current user dies.
E move (hold): can only be used when the stockpile ability had 7-8+ previous users. the current user burns through every ability to do a powerful punch, instantly killing anyone in the way, reducing the users hp to 30 and removing the stockpile ability. The user like the previous ones will permanently be unable to use their powers until they die
Miscellaneous/things to consider:

when a player inherits this ability but there was multiple previous users their r and q move will be randomised before they get the new power. This cannot be re-rolled or changed for example if a stockpile had the abilities of: Spectre, puppet, teleport and slime the odds of the fifth user getting Spectre as one of their moves would be 1/4

abilities that have 2-3 moves can only pass down 1 move. Passives that boost or lessen damage cannot be combine
With time being a reference to JoJo and hero of justice being a reference to fate, why not have one more reference that could easily fit in ability wars and see the fun ways people can make different combinations.
