Engineer Blueprint Library

me idea is that the mastery should have another button, it has an image of a blueprint.

pressing it opens a ui, you can post and view blueprints there, it is public across servers.

• there is also a private tab to save private blueprints

What blueprints do

using a blueprint allows you to place a transparent blue version of a build, so you can see where to place parts.

Purpose

This is to make complicated builds easier, and makes it more fun for how painful engineer is to use
