Locking stuff behind DOS is already disliked, especially when you're just taking a preexisting unlock and adding the DOS requirement on top of it.

Abilities aren't well done. Having E just be a copied ability is bland, Q is overpowered, and this entire ability is just a slightly modified Bounty Hunter.
