Has the normal Q and E, but the Q now just has one, single long dash. This dash acts as a dropkick dealing 20 damage to those hit.
E deals a burning punch, lighting whoever you hit on fire and dealing 35 damage.
Combos are mostly the same but there are a couple different.
Requirement: Combo 450 players.
Combo difference ideas:
EEE: A triple punch combo. Deals 35 damage and knocks back pretty decently.
QQQ: Triple kick combo. Deals 45 damage and knocks back even better.
EQQ: A punch, then a kick in the air. Deals 30 damage.
punch also has a longer windup

adding an extra combo key adds 19 different possible combinations - i doubt anyone could think up that many combos while ensuring each one is unique, let alone coding all those in

Masteries are supposed to be sidegrades, not upgrades.
That's why Cosmos Mastery sucks in the eyes of the community.
