Well, you can run Graphics of 3 while having maximum render distance btw.

But through the recent changes, the FFlags mechanics has now been removed due to countless reasons, hence why this is not possible anymore. Although, if you had the FFlag added early on, that FFlag remains on your system unless refreshed or uninstalled.
