the aliens just chill
until you either:
prevent them from exiting after pressing q
or lockdown maybe but i cant tell
its pretty hard to press the close cage button while being attacked
unless they do it preemptively
but then atp why are you even attacking them the most annoying thing they could do is use the gravity orb
if they cant drop down aliens
the beam is easy to avoid
and as said gravity orb isnt THAT annoying

i agree that it's pretty annoying but that's cause it takes all quests and tons of kills on a dogwater ability to get
like normal ufo beams are so easy to avoid that you can only get the mastery by killstealing or being helped
the beams are not problematic at all basically
gravity orb is mildly inconvenient at best
UFO isn't worth the effort let's be honest.
If we gave it a score on how annoying it is though, it'd be through 5 roofs

buffinator is kinda useless and rarely used, the red beam can be escaped easily. Assuming you're not laggy.
besides all that, it's a pretty average ability
but still, NOT WORTH THE EFFORT
i find it pretty hard to escape red beams when im not using a mobility related ability
at least ufo mas is 250 kills and not 500 like alch

The aliens can be annoying, but that's not a reason to nerf them

Meaning u can jump them with a pretty big chance of them being seated
And surprise them

- Just jump the user when they send their aliens down
- Even if they have aliens in the mothership, just stall until energy reaches 0%, very vulnerable then
- The entire point of the UFO is to be hard to kill, it’s like saying portal is OP because the user is invincible while in that realm
those first two methods literally only work once and then never again against any competent player

ufo mas has a winning matchup against every ability without a mobility option, is untouchable by any ability that has no vertical mobility, and is only slightly less disadvantageous to fight when using brickbattler of all things

You have to do the 200 (used to be 300) soul quest and then kill 250 people with the ability
So if they nerf the mastery it wouldn't be worth getting
