Railgun needs a new feature but Railgun is still weak.
Why is the Railgun weak?

When E gets cancelled (by a player hitting you or by projectiles)

Both abilities don’t have defensive or offensive (Has no ability attack, E is only shoot)

All abilities can counter against Railgun its too easy to kill.

Railgun Nerf is undeserved.
A good feature for the Railgun could be:
Passive= Now need buff more enegry, they punch a player give 8% → 10% Energy.
E = When E is cancelled (because a player hits you or by projectiles), it should return 50% energy and explode the same effect as Pulse's Q (medium knockback and 20 damage).
[ 10 damage and small knockback: 15-45% enegry]
[20 damage and medium knockback: 50%-100% enegry]
[No damage and no knockback: 0-10% enegry It's not going to explode anymore]
Q = needs an effect: it should be usable while the player is slowed (no damage).
