If aw-help is seriously here to stay as a way for players to get help, I feel like there should be designated helpers for the channel.
Helpers would be assigned the role based off how much positive and helpful info they give players over time.
The role would let players in need of help know who to talk to and get trustworthy help.

We dont really need a role since most help is just "Can someone help me get (this badge)" which only warrants a yes/no answer or a sentence explaining how its obtained
