ABILITY:
Passive: Static Hallucinations the user's ability inflict the Static Hallucinations which slowly covers the target's screen with small static effects for 3 seconds
PRIMARY ABILITY: (E) Static Beam: after a 0.5 sec wind up , the user instantly shoots a small static beam forward, tripping their target down and dealing 15 damage and inflicts Static Hallucinations with a 17 second CD ,/ can be interrupted if ragdolled during the wind up.
SECONDARY ABILITY (Q) ** Static Tendril** the user summons their static tendrils before lunging forward, on hit , the user grabs his target before tossing them up in the air dealing 20 damage but doesn't inflict Static Hallucinations with a 22 seconds CD , if missed it has a 1 second endlag.
TERTIARY ABILITY (R) Static Travel basically the same as OG static (E) ability but only lasting 3 seconds and leaves a trail of static that inflicts Static Hallucinations and deals 5 dmg over time with a 19 sec CD
