HOJ is already good enough though
The NPC is just overtuned a bit and needs a nerf
Other than that, HOJ does not need any changes
Well I likely have a different perspective
But honestly I don’t know how much potential it has
It is already good enough
It effectively has 4 abilities
What more could you ask for
Shirou mode E already gives extra damage and makes you do like 20 M1 damage
Though the windup slows you down a lot
Aim at your enemy
I have and they dodge
Then aim ahead of their movement
Oh ok
Now the NPC
Is is stupidly overtuned rn
If you want to be annoying, abuse the hell out of it

And as for the dimension
Same as archer E
Predict their movement
Also HOJ has a passive that gives it 1.5× natural regen
It's also pretty good to farm punches
I'm sure you can think of far better suggestions than a buff to an already good ability

If you want to buff something, find an ability that is considered weak by many people
But different question irrelevant to this post about engineer
I had a idea for shift mastery but I’ll save that later
You can try imagining how it will do against an ability in a 1v1
