please bring back the old overcharge or nerf overcharge

overcharge is way too overpowered for how many punches it costs, and its absoulutely insane and an annoying ability. people using overcharge can literally kill you without throwing a punch. another way that you could do this is bringing back the old overcharge, and making this new overcharge a mastery for overcharge.
