parry isn't meant to do a lot of dmg but it's meant to set up for STRENGTH DIFFRENCE since it can hit Ragdolls too
and btw parry won't counter long ranged abilities (like projectiles and stuff) it will only counter AOE (like rage ability's slams) or melee abilities that requires to be close to hit (like bind's lasso R ability).
