This ability basically needs you getting hit
Passive:To start, your abilites cannot work however getting hit will trigger an "!" sign above your head that will activate your abilities for 20 seconds (Note getting hit again while in this state will not stack it or reset the timer) While in this state you get a damage reduction as well as a slight speed boost

E move: Manifest a stop sign that will make a slam in the ground (similar to the gold hammer variant but it doesn't launch you up and the sign isn't as big), CD:10 seconds

Q move: Creates an alarm above your head with a medium sized, red AOE, anyone caught in it will start to move in random directions uncontrollably (like a panic state) but they can still punch and use abilities in this state, CD:15 seconds

R move:Pull out a megaphone that will summon a random person from your friends list that will chase people like robot, but will not despawn unless you die, he dies, or you spawn another minion

How to get: Requires 20,000 punches and the badge "Extreme Stress" from being electrocuted and glued to at the same time

MASTERY:

Requires you to be in panic mode 500 times

Still has the same passive but now lasts for 30 seconds

E move:Pulls out a siren that releases a sound blast pushing people infront of it back as well as dealing some damage, CD:20 seconds

Q move:Acts as a counter and once it hits, you throw a halt sign at the player dealing a lot of knockback and damage, CD:10 seconds

R move:Gives you a red lighting like aura that gives you speed and strength, however you are much more vulnerable to damage in this state and lasts for 10 seconds, CD:15 seconds

What's the point of the ! mark from the passive? The moves don't show any reliance on it

Tbh not having any way to heal or atleast having a passive that reduces damage taken makes this ability too punishing, as far as I can imagine
