I know it's not really practical in a 1v1 but i guess it can be useful if you hit it

After all it's like 1% chance too

So it's very unlikely ur going to usualy get it in 1v1s

Ur chances of getting even 2 special punches are like

1/1000

It mostly exists for that coolness factor
