You know what the biggest problem with alch mas is
Despite being simular to farmer and crafter because it's an item hoarding ability
It is way more boring and less fun to play as than the other two
Farmer and crafter have items that do unique stuff
Such as farmer's sapling, banana, etc
Same goes for crafter
While alchemist is just a big stat stick
Which can also delete any player at any time
Fr, they should add a limit like 15 dos max strength so it wont be so op, and a little bit higher speed than 15 dos, that would be fair no lie.
Today i was max hivemind, with an alch mastery i trusted, then literally drinks all the potions and literally oneshots me while i have around 200 hp
I agreee it should be nerfed
If you're good enough, it is possible to just dodge. After dodging, if you manage to kill them, then they lose their potions, and have to spend time getting them back. So you can just keep killing them before they manage to get back to full strength. Not to mention that if an Alchemist makes themselves too fast, they can easily lose control, in which case you can just dodge until the potions run out. But even ignoring all of that, alchemist still shouldn't be nerfed. Making DOS immune to all of its counters (the whole "make DOS immune to time" thing is another example of this) would be just plain unfair.
No hard feelings to the OP, I totally get your frustration, but nullifying one of DOS's counters will likely cause a domino effect of suggestions trying to make DOS unkillable.
Ok what about siphon carpet bombing
It's very hard to dodge it it's better to nerf is because it's very unfair to both DOS and hive mind players
it is infact not possible to dodge
you can't just dodge a really fast player when they have more mobility than you
and if they decide to use siphoning potions instead
the aoe is too big and the potion travels too quickly to be dodged
the real reason alch isn't because of dos
op might have made the suggestion with dos in mind but alch is a poorly designed ability regardless of dos
it encourages hiding for several minutes while brewing potions
then one shotting the arena in 5 seconds
and repeating that

the issue with alch is that it gives stackable effects
well actually no that only makes it worse
the real issue is that the effects are so strong
farmer and crafter items are just good but they're nothing crazy
just a small speed boost is enough to inf combo though
Dude imagine almost killing a dos and then an alchemist just heals them
Portal is worse if you wanna team with a dos
full hp regen with no way for people to interrupt you
and if you have moves
like the dodge or the infinity gauntlet
then you can get all those cds back aswell
I fought a 300 dos teaming with a portal
got him to like half health and forced him to use all his abilities
then he went into portal and came out with everything back to top
so annoying

Unmas portal is one of the most obnoxious abilities when there's a powerful person teaming with it
Once you get them low, pocket dimension
and it's practically a full hp heal
with no cooldown
and it makes for very easy kills for progression abilities
basically Wall combo: The ability
because forced wall combos are definitely fun
Portal should either not allow abilities that can ramp their power into the dimension (dos, hive, etc) or force the entrance portal to remain open as long as they are in the dimension
I would prefer the second one
and it should be the same for gingerbread
which reminds me
It would be cool if the quantum portal allowed people to enter it even after the initial activation
Also do you think portal should have one big dimension mirroring the map instead of smaller dimensions for each portal
