The reason why I'm making this is because snow is not that good. All you can do is shoot a big snowball that can easily be dodged PLUS it isn't even that strong. The other move just summons a wall of snow that does nothing but acts as a normal wall. Here is my idea:
E: The limit above the move, max snowballs 10) that breaks upon hitting the player. 3 seconds each snowball to load
**Q: Summon a snow base (similar startup to army, but bigger and where the user can go on. can be broken).**lasts 30 seconds or whenever player closes it, cooldown 20 seconds.
R: Summon a snowman that attacks (similar to robot) but is slower and leaves a trail of snow that freezes/slows players that touch it. lasts 15 seconds or whenever snowman dies, cooldown 10 seconds.
