Bouncy modifier buff

• Projectiles can now bounce up to 3 times
• Now for every bounce the projectile will get 10% extra damage

These small changes give the bouncy modifier an actual use for combat and kinda balances it out with the others modifiers.

I added it to make the modifier more rewarding

there is no reason at all to use it that's why i added the dmg buff

that's what i say the modifier isn't rewarding and it is kinda a debuff
