If it hits a player while fully charged, it triggers a Lightning Pulse that chains to nearby enemies:

🔄Q - Divine Recall (Hammer Return)

Calls the hammer back
If it hits an enemy, it knocks them toward you instead of away
R - Lighting strike (Lightning Beam Attack)

- Aim your hammer to fire up to 4 lightning bolts in a straight line.(ish)
- Each bolt deals 5 damage and briefly stuns the target.
- Stun disappears when the target takes any damage.
Charges:
1 charge per 8 hits :YIPPIE:

e's base damage is equal to a punch, and for 8 seconds of windup, you can... do three and a half punches of damage to one person (at best) or minimal aoe damage
why not make q's functionality what happens if e is used without an active hammer
