Passive - Stackable Disorder
The user's body is covered in static (cosmetic change only). Every time a player is hit by a Static Mastery user, he will receive 1 "token", up to a maximum of 10, staying there for 15 seconds after they stop receiving any kind of damage. For every token that a player has, he will take +1 Damage every time a static mastery user hits him regardless of the damage method (punch, ability, etc). When he gets to 10 tokens, a countdown will appear and, after 5 seconds, he will "implode", taking 15 Damage and a large knockback, while also being slowed for 5 seconds, with his screen slowly turning static during the countdown. After the implosion, the player can't receive tokens for some time.
E Ability - Glitch Overflow
The user's body starts glitching, briefly making static noises that nearby players can hear. For 10 seconds, the user has the ability to No-clip through walls (having a slower movement while doing so), and every punch that hits them has a 30% chance to be completely ignored.
CD: 25 seconds
Q Ability - Chaotic Wave
The user touches the ground, making a static wave slowly build up on where the user was facing from a certain distance (about the length of the Shack), and then going in the direction of the user. Anyone caught in this wave suffers from damage over time (about 3 Damage / second for 5 seconds) and is pulled into the user.
CD: 20 seconds
R Ability - Rupture
The user screen starts to lag, making him choose any player in a certain radius. After choosing the player, his screen starts to lag and turn static, and then the user instantly teleports behind him, gaining a small speed boost for 5 seconds.
