Add notifications to #forestry-scout-calls's location, in addition to event type

I'm thinking about a toggle for notifications from a particular callout locations. In my case, I'm doing mahogany homes on a uim, so chopping logs at prif, making planks, doing mh. I'm often missing out on some events while I'm away.

There are a couple other use cases, like

• People who don't have access to a location for ents, or couldn't get there fast enough e.g. myths, yaks
• People multispotting

That was an idea after we all learned that Jagex giga fucked forestry events and the community/mmo aspect of forestry.

But with people chopping in (literally) hundreds of locations, we'd run out of roles available for the discord server.

At some point back, we also decided the forestry section of the discord would live on, as-is, without any other improvements as it was a massive time investment and the metas ever evolving.

But yeah, fair enough, I understand forestry's a bit of a lost cause now

Is there any way to mirror the #forestry-scout-calls into my own server? And perhaps I could find a discord bot that can notify me on mention of a particular word?

would it be possible to just add a role for the main locations? aka prif/seers/dray/myth and a couple others

It's possible, I just don't have much time to work on it. It may happen one day, but not going to give anything even remotely close to an ETA.

Honestly it's pretty piecemealed together (it's mostly vanilla js for this but built on top of discord.js). I'd have to take a look at how I got it working to even give you an explanation of how it works. 😂😂
