I'm having an issue where the google doc is not properly importing the information from the collection log website. I can't figure out how to fix this issue. I also cannot seem to manually upload my collection log as the document explains.

Looks like your log state is not in sync with collectionlog.net. For example, collectionlog.net says you have none of the defenders, which I suspect is not true.
You can synchronize your log if you have RuneLite and the collection log plugin by looking at every page in your collection log for at least 2 seconds each. This should resync every page in your log so that the overall count and the logged items match with each other.
