Bug/Support: @hard pike
@uncut portal, I've pinged the appropriate party for your request.
Can't you do it yourself?
I am having the same issue. Pressing that button does not seem to do anything, even after logging out, refreshing the page, and clearing the cache
it seems the popups for the wildy bosses are here and I know those were causing issues in the past, could be because of that?
no ive reset it and done that a lot
Everything normally takes a century to update for me idk why
Yes I have gone through it all etc etc
i just reset mine and it fixed it
Same here, I reset it and set everything up again which fixed it.
I have the same, I opened a ticket which seems related. https://discord.com/channels/922245627092541450/1101884154242678954
(I have previously reset it but to no avail)
Not working here too - exactly the same. Reset didn't seem to help
same problem , i get the same message and i have to manually check every log slot everytime i log back in
Developers have confirmed they are working on fixes for the current errors.
I also have the same issue. Every time I restart my runelite client it shows I need to go completely through the log again to update.
For everyone experiencing this issue, there is a fix that will be pushed live and hopefully will solve it automatically for everyone (waiting for approval of RuneLite).
For those wanting to have a workaround, I have posted a step-by-step instruction how to fix it: https://github.com/evansloan/collectionlog.net/issues/67#issuecomment-1531583600.
As this is the original post. I will keep the post open for now, until the fix is live.
I see my previous message was irrelevant for the original subject of the post, so that can be ignored. The message "Total obtained does not match specific items collection." is indeed not correct and I see that most profiles are having this issue. I will create a Github issue for it, so we can investigate this and fix it in the future.
As for now: this is just a warning and causes no harm.
