CrowdSec Blocking Access to Nginx Proxy Manager Plus (NPM+) Web Interface

Issue Summary
After deploying Nginx Proxy Manager Plus (NPM+) with CrowdSec integration in Docker containers, access to the NPM+ web interface on port 81 is completely blocked. Instead of the management interface, users see:

CrowdSec Access Forbidden
You are unable to visit the website.
