Played 2 games where this item didnt generate any consumables, had inventory full, but it suppose to drop items on ground, instead, nothing happen. Both times slots were filled with Jetpacks. Games were on Sushi and Kiddo.
As idea to avoid, maybe its rolling same item, and because of that, failing to drop new one.
